The Real Thing's Ewan McGregor is 'Terrified' of Broadway, Sometimes Dresses as a 1960s French Helicopter Pilot

Want Ewan McGregor to invite you to his Broadway debut in The Real Thing? The Scottish actor stopped by The Tonight Show on October 28 to share what it takes: All you have to do is wait for him to run out of gas in the middle of Utah during a cross-country road trip while he’s dressed as a 1960s French helicopter pilot. Then help him out and become friends with him. True story. You may have to console him, too, as he apparently is scared out of his mind of being on the Great White Way and it has caused him to “wake up in terror and fear.” Afterward, Jimmy Fallon, McGregor, Charles Barkley and Jeff Tweedy played charades.
